Applicable law and formation of the sales contract

A contract of sale between you and Betjeman and Barton will only exist upon Betjeman and Barton's acceptance of your order. This acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Betjeman and Barton sends you an email confirming that your product has been dispatched to you.
To avoid any difficulty relating to the law applicable to the contract, it will be deemed to have been concluded in France and will be interpreted and executed in all respects in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in France. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
