- White tea flavoured with yuzu -

This white tea offers a cup flavoured with notes of citrus fruits thanks to yuzu. Indeed, yuzu gives a taste between mandarin and grapefruit.

  • Yuzu, mandarin, rose petals

A symbolic creation to celebrate the founding union
Noce de Thé doesn't refer to any existing tradition, and that's precisely what makes it so beautiful. How else can you name a union as singular as the one that, a hundred years earlier, gave birth to Betjeman and Barton? To celebrate this unique story, we've created a tea alliance, reflecting the image of its two founders.

Founders' Tea
Each ingredient was chosen for what it embodies. The white tea with its large silver leaves, of rare elegance, evokes the classic refinement of Arthur Betjeman, his taste for purity, things well done, and this hushed rigor found in the art of English tea and in our House. Opposite it, the Japanese yuzu, a bright and unpredictable citrus fruit, echoes the sensitivity of Percy Barton, curious about the world, lover of singular plants and discreet exoticism. It brings the lively, unexpected touch, which disturbs the perfection of an established order, without ever breaking it. Between these two poles, the rose petals, present in filigree, link the elements with a floral and powdery breath. They are the silent link, the poetry at the heart of the blend. Thus was born Noce de Thé, not as a fixed homage, but as a living celebration, that of a century of daring creations, carried by the balance of opposites and the taste for the exceptional.

Tea and food pairings
Noces de Thé is a natural match for the most delicate sweets: yuzu tart, jasmine panna cotta, or floral jelly. It also pairs well with more subtle creations, such as a lemon dessert, rice pudding infused with plant-based vanilla, or a biscuit sprinkled with petals. Everything delicate, citrusy, slightly sweet, and elegant that pastries offer finds in it a companion of rare precision.

Recipes and cocktails based on Noce de Thé white tea
In its iced version, Noce de Thé reveals all its crystalline clarity. Cold-infused for 4 to 6 hours, it becomes a drink of rare elegance: fragrant without ostentation, refreshing, almost luminous. Served in a fine glass, accompanied by a zest of fresh yuzu, crystallized petals, or a hint of citrus juice, it becomes the perfect elixir to celebrate a precious moment.
