Our quality team rigorously monitors the integrity of our leaves and the conformity of our products, from their arrival from the world's gardens to their final packaging. Each batch is inspected twice, according to strict protocols, to guarantee purity, freshness, traceability, and safety. It's a precise, methodical, and discreet process that allows each customer to open their box with confidence and savor their tea with peace of mind.
