Chung Hao Jasmine and Williams Pear Granita
For 4 people:
Ingredients :
- 40 cl of concentrated Chung Hao Jasmine infusion
- 80 g of blond cane sugar
- 2 ripe Williams pears
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation :
- Infuse the tea for 5 minutes in water at 80°C to obtain a fragrance
intense. - Mix the hot infusion with the sugar, stir until dissolved. Add the
lemon juice. - Blend the peeled pears into a smooth purée and add to the sweetened infusion.
- Pour into a shallow dish, place in the freezer, scrape with a fork
every 30 minutes until you get fine crystals. - Serve in small glasses, decorated with dried jasmine petals.
