  • Maple syrup, candied chestnuts, candied fruit

In the large family of Christmas teas,Luxuryundoubtedly takes the prize for sophistication. While for some, Christmas evokes cinnamon and candied fruit, for others, this magical holiday is better suited to rare, precious, and timeless flavors.Luxuryis one of those teas.

A Precious Meeting for an Exceptional Tea

It all begins in the heart of a Parisian apartment, bathed in the soft light of a winter evening. Andrea, our tea creator, meets some longtime friends, companions in adventure and culinary wonder, for a refined dinner where each brings back, as is their tradition, treasures gleaned from their travels. At the end of the meal, in the cozy intimacy of the living room, gifts are exchanged with joyful solemnity.

Among them, two wonders touch Andrea right in the heart: a bottle of amber maple syrup from the MaisonForest Clear, harvested in a historic maple grove in the Laurentians, whose warm and enveloping aromas immediately fill the room; and a box of candied chestnuts signedBaratti & Milano, a legendary confectioner from Turin, where each chestnut, soft and subtly pearly, seems to contain centuries of know-how and patience.

Andrea smiles. As she inhales the woody sweetness of the syrup, and closes her eyes on the melting tenderness of a candied chestnut, the obvious becomes clear: the essence of these treasures must be captured in a tea, like a precious jewel. This is how was bornLuxury, his personal tribute to the small, discreet luxuries that he savors, as a connoisseur, whenever the opportunity arises.

Tea and food pairings
On the sweet side, it pairs wonderfully with dried fruit desserts: hazelnut financiers, almond cake, or pecan tartlet. Its roundness also enhances sweets made with maple syrup and candied chestnuts.

On the savory side, Luxury deploys all its magic: it magnifies a few shavings of aged parmesan, barely warmed to reveal their milky richness; it delicately envelops a toast of foie gras with Armagnac; and it goes wonderfully with poultry with chestnuts, where its woody notes mingle with the suavity of the dish.

Tea-based recipes and cocktails
Luxury dares to cross the bar's doors, mixing with a sophisticated cocktail: brut champagne, chestnut liqueur and a concentrated infusion of Luxury together create a festive, velvety and intoxicating glass: a final nod to the art of combining elegance and pleasure.
