- Black tea with peach bits -

This black tea is a blend of China and Ceylon teas, flavoured with peach aromas and scattered with peach bits. The summer freshness of ripe peach.

  • Vine peach

The Taste of Rarity

We could have chosen a classic, generous, immediate peach flavor, but our flavorist preferred to listen to the orchard's whispers. There, in the shadow of the leaves, some forgotten treasures still ripen: the vine peach, a subtle fruit with an ancient aroma.

Less vibrant than its yellow or white cousins, it is recognized by its downy skin with purple, almost violet hues, and its dense, blood-red flesh. Its name comes from its history: once planted at the foot of vineyards, it served as a botanical sentinel, signaling diseases before they reached the vines. A forgotten ally, now precious again. Among the rarest varieties, the Savoie blood peach embodies this confidential nobility. With its dark skin and intensely aromatic taste, it is prized by chefs for its distinctive character.

It is in this spirit that we chose an authentic and rare essence of vine peach, both wild and refined, to infuse our tea with a unique emotion: that of a fruit once thought lost, rediscovered through its fragrance.

Tea and Food Pairing

Vineyard Peach black tea offers a delicate and enveloping pairing, ideal for enhancing desserts with fruity and slightly caramelized notes. It elegantly complements a yellow fruit clafoutis, a roasted peach compote, or a thin almond tart. Served iced, it reveals a refined freshness, perfect with a lavender shortbread or a plant-based panna cotta. Its deep and velvety aromas create a soft, almost floral harmony, subtly extending the indulgence.

Recipes and Cocktails with Vineyard Peach Black Tea

For an exquisitely fresh summer moment, this tea gracefully lends itself to the art of granita. Cold brewed, then delicately enhanced with a hint of lemon, some zest, and a light syrup, it transforms as it freezes into a crystalline, fine, and luminous snow. Served very cold, alone or accompanied by a few peach slivers, it creates a delicate interlude, halfway between granita and iced mocktail, where the intensity of the tea blends with a fruity freshness of elegant lightness.
