The pear aroma rises gently, the almond note floats in the warm air, the verbena glides into her body like a promise. She settles in, she breathes. Finally. It's there, in that hushed silence, that she finds her own space. Her gentleness. Her true presence.

Recipes and cocktails made with tea
An elegant and comforting winter cocktail with flavors of almond, roasted pear, and vanilla, balanced by the gentle freshness of verbena. Ideal at the end of the day or as a liquid dessert during a refined dinner.

Ingredients (for 1 glass):

• 5 cl of Tout en Douceur tea, strongly brewed (10 minutes in 15 cl of water at 90°C, then cooled)
• 4 cl of pear liqueur (e.g., Williams pear)
• 2 cl of Amaretto
• 2 cl of light liquid cream or oat cream (for a vegan option)
• 1 cl of homemade vanilla syrup or maple syrup
• A few drops of lemon juice (to balance it)
• Ice
• Decoration option: caramelized pear slice, dried flower petals, or toasted almond powder

Preparation :
• To prepare the fortified tea: infuse 1 tbsp of Tout en Douceur in 15 cl of hot water for 10 min, then filter and let cool.

• In a shaker, pour the cooled tea, pear liqueur, amaretto, cream and vanilla syrup. Add a few drops of lemon.
• Add ice cubes and shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds to create a smooth texture.
• Strain and pour into a chilled cocktail glass (coupe or old fashioned type).
• Decorate with a thin slice of roasted pear or a pinch of toasted almond powder.
