A December air in Northern Europe

Feu de Cheminée draws its inspiration from the most beautiful Christmas markets in Northern Europe, where December smells of cinnamon, orange peel and toasted almonds. In Copenhagen, the Tivoli Gardens light up with magical garlands, while the air is filled with the scent of mulled wine served in small steaming cups. In Cologne, under the Gothic spires of the cathedral, red and white chalets overflow with sweets, spices and candied apples.

It is in this joyful and enveloping atmosphere, between biting cold and the warmth of shared cups, that the idea of a winter infusion was born, decaffeinated, but rich with all the flavors of Advent.

The secret fire of spices

These spices, slipped into winter drinks, are far from ordinary. From the caravanserais of the East to the cozy kitchens of Northern Europe, they have crossed centuries with the same mission: to awaken the body, to warm the soul. Cinnamon caresses, ginger awakens, cloves comfort. Each possesses its secret power, combining digestive, stimulating, or soothing properties. When the cold bites, when the days shorten, the body craves them like an ancient memory.

Their enchanting fragrance echoes Advent vigils, fragrant Christmas markets, those moments when the heart, like the cup, fills with warmth. In every sip of Feu de Cheminée,they still dance, discreet and powerful, like a slow ember that illuminates winter.

Fruit Infusion Pairings and Dishes

Feu de Cheminée (Fireside) is a winter companion: it goes equally well with warm gingerbread or roasted vegetable stir-fry with cumin. It enhances an apple tart, a dried fruit crumble, or a soft citrus cake. It can also be served at a winter brunch table, alongside crunchy granola, homemade compote, or winter fruit porridge.

Recipes and Cocktails with Feu de Cheminée Fruit Infusion

Thanks to its warm composition, Feu de Cheminée becomes a delicious, natural, non-alcoholic alternative to winter mulled wines. Simply infuse it in gently warmed red grape or apple juice. The hibiscus unfolds its vibrancy, cinnamon and almond infuse a spicy sweetness, while a few citrus zests or a drop of honey perfect the whole. A comforting drink that poetically reinvents the flavors of Christmas.
