Born from a subtle blend ofblack teas from China and Ceylon,Summer Blendexplores the richness of citrus fruits in all their diversity:sweet lemon, lime, sweet orange, blood orange, mandarin, clementine, bergamot and grapefruitdraw a citrus, vibrant, dazzling score.
When infused, its amber liquor with golden highlights exudes a frank, almost solar fragrance. At the top, the fresh notes of grapefruit and grapefruit open the tasting with vivacity. Then come the mandarin and blood orange, rounder and more tender. Finally, bergamot, placed like a delicate veil, brings a floral and refined touch. The whole is perfectly balanced: lively without being acidic, luminous without being sweet. A tea that awakens the senses while leaving room for elegance.
A summer in Menton
Because each seasonal blend captures the spirit of a season,Summer Blendwas designed as a stopover in the Mediterranean, between citrus groves and the sea. It is in Menton, a pearl of the coast, that our flavorist drew her inspiration. Every summer, she retreats to a farmhouse in the Cannes hinterland, notebook in hand, windows open to the salty air and the scent of heated bark. There, between terraced lemon trees, eucalyptus and fig trees, time seems suspended in a golden light.
One particularly hot August morning, she visited the gardens of the Palais Carnolès at dawn, the former summer residence of the Prince of Monaco, famous for its 300 varieties of citrus fruits. Between the paths lined with bitter orange, clementine, and old citron trees, essential oils rose in the sun, creating a cloud of sweet, vibrant, almost biting aromas.
This is where the desire to transpose this olfactory palette into a cup was born: the lively freshness, the elegant bitterness, the tangy sweetness...Summer Blendwould be the infused memory.

Mocktail Recipe:
Ingredients (for 1 glass)
- 12 cl of cold-brewed Summer Blend
- 4 cl of freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 cl of lime juice
- 1 dash of orange blossom syrup
- Ice
- Fresh mint leaves
- Pink grapefruit zest for decoration
Preparation
- Infuse Summer Blend in cold water for 6 hours (1 tsp in 20 cl of fresh water).
- In a shaker or a tall glass, pour the strained infusion, the juices, the syrup and a few ice cubes.
- Shake or mix vigorously.
- Serve in a tall glass, with fresh ice cubes, a few mint leaves and a long ribbon of grapefruit zest.
