A night under the Perseids
It was at the summit of the Pic du Midi, on an August night, that the inspiration for Céleste was born. Andrea, our infusion creator, was watching the Perseid meteor shower, lying beneath an inky sky, enveloped in an almost sacred silence. At 2,800 meters above sea level, the world seems infinite. Every breath is rare, every light precious.
He wanted to transpose this unforgettable night into an infusion: a celestial landscape in a cup, a constellation of sweet and luminous ingredients. Céleste was born from this vibrant memory, like an offering to the beauty of the cosmos.

When plants become stars
Each plant chosen for this infusion plays its role in the constellation. Chamomile, soothing and mellow, calms the thoughts. Lemon verbena and lemongrass, fresh and clear, offer a vegetal clarity. Licorice adds a silky depth, and rooibos, its caffeine-free sweetness. Orange and grapefruit peels illuminate the whole, without ever disturbing the desired peace. And the sunflower petals? They shine like fragments of light in the cup. A blend designed like a map of the benevolent sky.

Accord tisanes et mets
Céleste aime les douceurs légères : tuiles aux amandes, sablés citronnés, compotes de fruits jaunes, petits financiers à la fleur d’oranger. En version salée, elle se marie à merveille avec du fromage de chèvre frais sur pain grillé, relevé de quelques herbes sauvages ou d’un soupçon de zeste râpé. Ces accords prolongent la sensation de lumière et de calme.

Recettes et cocktails à base de Tisane Céleste
Infusée à froid, Céleste devient une boisson d’une poésie rare. Laissez-la infuser à froid toute une nuit, puis servez-la avec une fine rondelle d’orange verte et quelques pétales de tournesol flottants. On peut y ajouter un trait de jus de yuzu, ou pour les plus audacieux, une larme de gin floral et un peu d’eau pétillante pour un cocktail céleste à la tombée du jour.
