A night under the Perseids
It was at the summit of the Pic du Midi, on an August night, that the inspiration for Céleste was born. Andrea, our infusion creator, was watching the Perseid meteor shower, lying beneath an inky sky, enveloped in an almost sacred silence. At 2,800 meters above sea level, the world seems infinite. Every breath is rare, every light precious.
He wanted to transpose this unforgettable night into an infusion: a celestial landscape in a cup, a constellation of sweet and luminous ingredients. Céleste was born from this vibrant memory, like an offering to the beauty of the cosmos.

When plants become stars
Each plant chosen for this infusion plays its role in the constellation. Chamomile, soothing and mellow, calms the thoughts. Lemon verbena and lemongrass, fresh and clear, offer a vegetal clarity. Licorice adds a silky depth, and rooibos, its caffeine-free sweetness. Orange and grapefruit peels illuminate the whole, without ever disturbing the desired peace. And the sunflower petals? They shine like fragments of light in the cup. A blend designed like a map of the benevolent sky.

Herbal tea and food pairing
Céleste loves light sweets: almond tuiles, lemon shortbread, yellow fruit compotes, and small orange blossom financiers. In a savory version, it pairs wonderfully with fresh goat cheese on toast, enhanced with a few wild herbs or a hint of grated zest. These pairings prolong the sensation of light and calm.

Une tisane divine

Cette tisane est absolument délicieuse pour qui aime l'orange mêlée de camomille et mérite son nom de "celeste" ! J'en ai commandé un kilo pour être sûre de ne pas en manquer, c'est la meilleure tisane que j'ai jamais goûté !
