  • Passion fruit, vine peach, wild strawberry

A Tribute Tea
Created on a base of Chinese Sencha green tea, this blend is a true floral and fruity composition: the large leaves are intertwined with pieces of dried strawberries and pale rose petals, like a hand-picked garden.

A tea with precise elegance
Malesherbes isn't just a name; it's a founding address, an intimate emblem. A tribute to our historic boutique at 23 Boulevard Malesherbes in Paris, a meeting place, a place of transmission, and creation for over 100 years. This tea is iconic not only for its composition, but also for what it embodies.

Its ingredients tell in their own way the very spirit of our House: passion fruit, to evoke the founders' boldness in their blends, their insatiable curiosity, their quest for the right gesture and perfect balance; wild strawberry and vine peach, delicate summer fruits, chosen for their personal and emotional connection, are the favorites of Katherine, the boutique director at that time. Because in each creation, there is a little bit of this great family that has shaped our house since its origins. A wink slipped into the leaves, a sweet memory in each cup, for all those who have contributed, in the shadows or in the light, to making Betjeman and Barton grow with heart, rigor and passion.

Tea and food pairing
Served hot, Malesherbes is best enjoyed in the early hours of the morning, alongside a red fruit clafoutis, a soft brioche with peach jam, or a white tea and citrus peel cake. The roundness of the fruit here complements the finesse of the infusion, and each bite seems to prolong the sweetness of the tea. For more indulgent moments, it also pairs well with an almond tart, a vanilla flan, or a poached peach sponge cake.

In its iced version, Malesherbes reveals another radiance. Infused slowly and cold in pure, fresh water, it becomes a luminous and thirst-quenching drink, halfway between a fruity infusion and a delicate nectar. Fun fact: in its cold version, the peach takes center stage, while hot, it's the passion fruit that dominates the aromatic opening. Two faces of the same tea, two moments to savor according to your mood or the season.

Recipes and cocktails based on Malesherbes green tea
For special occasions, indulge in an elegant and decidedly Parisian cocktail: the Malesherbes Royal, a revisited Bellini blending our Malesherbes tea syrup, white peach nectar, and chilled champagne. A brilliant combination, best served in a crystal flute, between grand boulevards and private gardens.
