A Big Challenge, a Special Request
The story of our Ginger green tea begins with an unexpected call for a unique request from a prestigious client: a renowned luxury hotel known for its refined standards and quest for excellence. The hotel wanted to offer a unique tea to its international clientele, a blend capable of providing energy and comfort while remaining elegant and refined.
The challenge was set: to create a tea that would surprise as much as it seduced, a beverage that was both powerful and balanced. We knew that ginger, with its lively character and spicy notes, could be the key to this composition. All that remained was to find the perfect ally to soften it and reveal all its complexity.
We then undertook a meticulous search, tasting and testing different gingers, from different origins and intensities. Once the ginger was selected, we settled on a Sencha green tea, renowned for its freshness and delicately herbal aromas. It offered the ideal contrast to the ginger, softening its strength while allowing it to fully express itself.
An Instant Success
When the palace received the first shipments of Ginger green tea, it was an immediate success. Served early in the morning to awaken the spirits or late in the afternoon for an invigorating break, it quickly became one of the establishment's signature drinks. Guests praised its controlled intensity, its lingering freshness, and its ability to warm while remaining light.
