A revelation in the heart of Fujian

It was in a small village in the Fujian region, a stone's throw from Fuding, that we discovered this exceptional Pai Mu Tan. The producer, Master Lin, perpetuates a know-how passed down through four generations: the delicate picking of silver buds and two young leaves, gently dried in the spring sun. Scenting this rare harvest, we recognized a unique finesse and clarity. From the first sip, it became clear: this base would be ideal for one of our great white teas: Guest Tea.

A tea with multiple origins

Guest white tea is an invitation to travel. Its jasmine, picked in the fragrant plains of Guangxi, opens the cup with a soft light. The rose, from the Bulgarian valleys, adds a precious caress. The lychee, a pearly fruit from Guangdong, deposits its smooth and exotic roundness. Three horizons, three savoir-faire, united in one cup. This rare tea, with multiple roots, carries within it an almost global elegance, like a universal language of welcome.

The art of seducing the greatest numberIn the "Guest" family, each embodies a way of welcoming. The green Guesttea is the eldest: lively and elegant, it opens the conversation in the morning as well as in the afternoon. The white Guest tea is the dreamy youngest: delicate, honeyed, almost airy, it is offered outside meals, in attentive silence. The Guest herbal tea is the youngest: tender, comforting, it accompanies every hour, without constraint. All three share the same heritage: the art of entertaining, inviting and pleasing everyone.

Tea and Food Pairings

This tea is wonderfully suited for the most delicate moments, inviting one to imagine a White Tea Party, all in shades of ivory and porcelain. Around the teapot, one can arrange orange blossom marshmallows, mini pavlovas with white fruits, shortbread cookies dusted with icing sugar, lychee pearls, jasmine panna cotta, or financiers with sweet almonds. Each bite extends the sensation of floral purity that the infusion leaves on the palate, in a ballet of silky, melting, powdery textures.

Recipes and Cocktails with White Tea from Les Invités

Infused at room temperature for several hours, then lightly chilled, it becomes a drink of exceptional clarity. A few edible flowers, a touch of white grape juice, or a hint of rose syrup, and it is transformed into a summer elixir, as refreshing as it is elegant. A tea that can be savored like a rare perfume, transforming each sip into a burst of light.
