The honeybush is a plant coming from South Africa that is brewed to obtain a theine-free liquor reknown for its antioxidant properties. It eliminates free radicals on cells, thus having an anti-aging action.
It is here our very first honeybush, we wanted it both sweet and very gourmet. The delicate taste of almond and pistachio makes of it a compelling beverage.

Childhood Memory and Infused Tribute
It was in Montélimar, during family stopovers, that Andrea, our infusion creator, rediscovered nougat: that tender, pearly white square, studded with pistachios and almonds, with hints of melted honey. From this luminous memory, Rooibos Nougat was born, conceived as a faithful, yet lighter, evocation of the famous confectionery. Andrea retained its most emblematic notes – sweet almond, delicate pistachio, the touch of honey – to make them resonate in a sunny infusion, free of sugar and caffeine. A drinkable sweetness, at any time, like a permitted indulgence.
What Plants Say About Childhood
Rooibos, naturally caffeine-free, is the ideal infusion for children. Sweet, rounded, without bitterness, it soothes stomachs and accompanies snacks without over-stimulating or disturbing sleep. Rich in antioxidants and low in tannins, it is easily digestible and can be served warm or cold, plain or lightly flavored. A benevolent drink from South Africa, shared with family as a comforting and tender herbal tea.
Rooibos and Food Pairings
Rooibos Nougat reveals its full richness when paired with dried fruit sweets: melt-in-your-mouth almond cakes, soft pistachio pastries, shortbread biscuits, light baklavas. It also goes wonderfully with dairy desserts, such as rice pudding with caramel.
More unexpected, but just as appealing: it creates a beautiful harmony with cheeses, especially blue cheeses. The suave roundness of the infusion then marries the saline and mineral notes of blue cheeses from central France, in a pairing full of contrast and subtlety.
