An inner journey that became a source of inspiration

It was in Goa, amidst golden beaches and palm trees swaying gently in the breeze, that Agnès, our director, went a few years ago to attend a yoga retreat. Each day, beginning at sunrise, ended in profound calm; and always, after practice, she was served an infusion. Not just any tea, but a warm, restorative drink made with whole spices, Ayurvedic herbs, and dried citrus fruits. These moments of reconnection revealed to her the power of herbal tea as a ritual. Back in Paris, she decided to make it the heart of a project: to create organic, holistic herbalist shops, inspired by this experience, so that everyone could, in their own way, rediscover this sense of peace.

At the source of Ayurvedic balance

Ayurveda, literally "science of life" in Sanskrit, considers that every food, every plant, every spice can contribute to the harmony of body and mind. This ancient wisdom from India teaches that balance rests on the proper equilibrium of vital energies and that certain infusions, carefully prepared, can help soothe excesses, awaken energy, or anchor calm.

Reconciling body and mind in harmony

It is with this in mind that Harmony Bio was conceived: as a drink of inner harmony. Fennel, mild and digestive, soothes. Cardamom uplifts and lightens. Pepper warms the body, licorice supports the immune system, and cinnamon gently stimulates. Orange peel brightens the blend with a vibrant note, while green rooibos, rich in antioxidants, completes the composition without any trace of caffeine.

Far from simple aromatic blends, this infusion is a proposal for balance: a composition that is both subtle and powerful, rooted in Ayurvedic traditions but designed for today's lifestyles.

Herbal tea and food pairings

With its rich blend of digestive spices and vegetal sweetness, Harmony Bio pairs perfectly with healthy and nourishing cuisine. It complements a light kitchari (rice and lentils with mild spices), a carrot and ginger soup, a red lentil dhal, or vegetables roasted in ghee. In the morning, it goes wonderfully with spiced applesauce or almond milk porridge, garnished with seeds and dried fruit.

Recipes and cocktails using Harmony Bio

Cold-brewed, Harmony Bio transforms into a refreshing elixir: serve it diluted with sparkling water, a splash of freshly squeezed orange juice, and a few pomegranate seeds. For a hot version, let it steep for a longer time, add a touch of honey and a splash of plant-based milk: achai without tea, deliciously comforting.

Here is a cocktail recipe:

• Infuse 10g of Harmony herbal blend in 5 cl of tequila for 3 hours.
• Add 10cl of orange juice, 1cl of cinnamon syrup, and a dash of lemon juice.
